The button arrived relatively quickly and is of very good quality. I sincerely recommend the product. It is identical to the original. I didn't even expect it. I thought it would be a different color but it's gorgeous. Very easy to change.

I find this very unfortunate but the product arrived here defective - it has not yet been removed from the packaging... can I contact customer service about this?
