Ergo Transport Belt Complete With Automatic 8M/50Mm/5T - 500Dan

ERGO Transport Belt Complete with Automatic 8M/50MM/5T - 500daN

500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts

They differ from a standard 50mm belt with a tensioner in the size and construction of the tensioner.

The longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow you to tighten the belt more tightly with the same force than in standard belts. A value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, i.e.

500 kg. The STF parameter value of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depending on the manufacturer).

• two-piece belt

• belt length 8 meters (7.5 m long part + 0.5 m short part with tensioner)

• belt width 50 mm

• strength : 5000 daN in the belt and 2500 daN in tension

• belt with increased STF up to 500 daN - securing heavy pallets.

• SHF 50 daN

• color: red

• Extensibility: 5 %

• Blue label sewn on all sides, made of elastic and weather-resistant material

Larger, more durable tensioner

With a longer lever allows for better tape tension parameters, which means This type of load securing is required mainly in Western Europe (Germany and Austria).

The belt, accepted throughout Europe, meets the European standard EN12195-2 and is GS and TUV certified. We also offer other types and colors of transport belts
