I purchased Tru Niagen 300 mg from Joom and compared it side-by-side with an original product. There are some very noticeable differences that have raised serious concerns about the authenticity of the Joom product. Firstly, the packaging is different — the Joom bottle is plastic and considerably smaller than the original. The capsules are also opaque, whereas the original Tru Niagen capsules are transparent. We also opened a capsule from each bottle to compare the contents. The original powder was slightly granular and had an extremely bitter taste, whereas the contents of the Joom capsule were much finer/powdery and had virtually no taste. Based on these significant differences, I have serious concerns that the product purchased from Joom may not be genuine. I would therefore strongly advise others not to purchase this product unless its authenticity can be independently verified.
