I received this watch, but I am completely disappointed. It was left to charge, but it doesn't work. I request a refund. For the amount I paid for it to not even turn on is very disappointing. I request a refund!

The watch looks good and that's all !!!! It measures something there, counts something there, whether it's right or not, who knows. Let's go through the points: 1. The app itself has a TERRIBLE INTERFACE ! The translation is incomplete and it absolutely doesn't matter which language you choose, Ukrainian or Russian, even if you choose the interface language within the app itself. By the way, the watch does not have the Ukrainian language, only Russian, but even when selecting it in the menu, it is still English!!! 2. When you open the app and want to, for example, measure your heart rate, that button is simply stupidly missing. That is, it is impossible to take measurements through the app, only by using the watch. This is probably the first such watch in 11 years that doesn't have this function in the app 🫣. 3. And one more most important thing, "notifications and calls that should come from the phone to the watch" since the phone recognizes the program as viral and fraudulent, it does not allow sending messages, by the way, the application is downloaded from some website and not from the Play Market. 4. Direct health monitoring, I don't know how it measures but one clarification, this side button, not the wheel, but the button itself is the ECG sensor, meaning if you want to measure ECG you need the watch to be worn on your wrist and attention you must place your finger on that button and only then the ECG recording starts - this is some kind of madness. But this is only in the case when you are measuring an ECG; in other cases, you do not need to place your finger on the pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, or other indicators.. This is not the first watch I've ordered through Joom, and in this case, it's just a disappointment and money down the drain.
