These lightweight elbow protectors are easy to wear, from city riding to trail riding. Also recommended for cross-country riders on practice runs. [Please note:] The XS size is for women and children. It is not a long type that covers the wrist. This long type covers the wrist, minimizing skin exposure and preventing cuts and abrasions from branches and grass. The sleeves are made of four-way stretch material for a comfortable fit. The back is made of highly stretchable mesh fabric for breathability. Anti-slip silicone print on the top and bottom of the protector prevents it from slipping in the event of a fall or while riding. Equipped with a lightweight, slim 6mm thick EVA pad that prevents it from slipping under its own weight. It is discreet even when worn under clothing. (Pads are removable.)
