This is a high-quality pure silk Shiose fukusa, woven using the reliable techniques of Gifu using high-quality Brazilian yarn and carefully dyed by artisans in Kyoto. Size 9, 9 momme (approx. 33.75g). For beginners, we recommend an 8 momme or less fabric, which is easier to handle. The heavier the fabric, the thicker and fuller it will be.
