Note:If the battery not working or not charging ,please kindly try as below step first :
1.Install the bose battery.
2.After install the battery please kindly push the mute button for 10 seconds (It is the reset procedure for Bose Speaker)
3.and then there will have white light bright ,after the white light bright you could star to charging.

It’s very important that when upgrading the firmware
Connect the USB cable to the headset and insert it into the computer, and then press the 5 buttons ADV↑↓ on the keyboard, and the version selection item will appear
