I have ordered this model before, the first time it came very well But now I ordered and it came the small size doesn't fit me but it still says XXL it doesn't match the first shirt

There are at least 8cm missing above the chest. The blouse is gaping at the button placket, even though I ordered it extra large.

The weak point of this blouse is the sleeves. I like them, so please pay attention to those who have their hands full. The color doesn't match. The collar is from the last century, too stiff and heavy for the light fabric and if you don't button all the buttons it pulls you back, and if you button it up it looks weird.
